Baiqiu joined the MECO Group as a claim executive in August 2012. She was educated at Dalian Maritime University gaining a double degree in Maritime law and Logistic Management. She is a Chinese qualified lawyer and previously worked in private practice in China, specialising in the Maritime law industry.
