Ed joined the MECO Group in October 2010. Prior to that he had been a Partner in a shipping and trade law firm and spent some 18 years in private practice with three firms of London Solicitors. Ed is responsible for the day to day management of the Group's claim team across all the brands and hubs. Ed graduated in History and undertook the Common Professional and Law Society Professional Exams at the College of Law. He has lectured and presented extensively on various aspects of maritime law. Ed lives in Dorset in the UK and, time permitting, he is boating, playing tennis, scuba diving, swimming, dog walking/hiking and attending his kids’ sporting, drama and music events (not in particular order!).
